Behind MFEla is Ela Selam, a 21-year-old student of French at Lancaster University. Currently, I'm preparing to move to Leeds to pursue a Master's in Audiovisual Translation & Localisation.
Beyond languages, I'm also obsessed with music; I've been playing the violin and tin whistle in a folk group since I was 7. You'll rarely see me without headphones around my neck or an instrument in my hand!
I started this blog to share my experiences of young adult life in the hopes that I can help people in a similar position. Whether you're dealing with the highs and lows of studying abroad, or simply trying to find your feet in the world, I hope I can offer some guidance, or at the very least, help you feel less alone.
I'd love to hear what you think and I'm always open to suggestions for future posts. Feel free to drop me a message through the contact page.
